When will my account be charged?
All orders placed via our website are charged at the point of sale. This includes purchases made for back ordered items.
Can I split my payment between multiple credit cards?
Unfortunately, no. Only one method of payment is accepted per order.
How will my item ship?
We ship packages via FedEx ground, USPS or UPS service.
Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Unfortunately, no. We ship only to the 48 contiguous United States. This does not include Alaska or Hawaii.
Do you ship to APO or P.O. boxes?
Unfortunately not. Our shipping couriers only deliver to street addresses.
